Thank you for visiting Members Health Plan NJ.  As you may be aware, The Affiliated Physicians and Employers Master Trust (“APEMT“) d/b/a Members Health Plan NJ (“MHPNJ“) filed on May 24, 2021 for bankruptcy protection under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and began the orderly wind-down of the Plan.  Immediately thereafter, APEMT/MHPNJ (the “Plan”) ceased writing new business and at the close of business on December 31, 2021, the Plan was no longer providing health and prescription benefits for Members.  As of February 1, 2023 we are please to report all medical and prescription benefits have been processed for payment.

If a Member has a claim inquiry, please visit the Aetna member portal by going to There you have the ability to view Claim Status, Claim Summaries, and you can download your Explanation of Benefits (“EOBs”).
