If a Member has a claim inquiry, please visit the Aetna member portal by going to www.aetna.com. There you have the ability to view Claim Status, Claim Summaries, and you can download your Explanation of Benefits (“EOBs”).

If you need to contact the Plan regarding a past due balance for outstanding health plan fees and/or your assessment that is past due, you must discuss this matter with the Plan’s legal counsel, SM Law PC. They can be reached at (908) 572-7275.
